I recently had the pleasure of helping two past clients who needed updates on their websites. It was great to reconnect and assist them again.
Website Refresh: Brilliant Life Holistic Health
Stefanie, a holistic health counselor and owner of Brilliant Life Holistic Health, reached out for help. She wanted to streamline her services and update her website to match. We had a call to discuss her business changes. Stefanie planned to combine Ayurveda, nutrition coaching, and yoga into one holistic health coaching service. We agreed to create a new service page and archive the old ones.
Before her Website Refresh in a Day, we planned the changes together. Stefanie provided new content, and we outlined my tasks for the refresh day.
The Website Refresh
What a productive day! I created the new service page, updated the homepage, designed two PDF freebies with email sequences, edited the about and booking pages, and updated the navigation menu.
Stefanie’s website now reflects her brand better and offers a simpler way to understand her services and book appointments.
Website and Email Marketing Refresh: Beyond Brain Integration
Anita, a brain health and detox specialist from Beyond Brain Integration, needed website and email newsletter assistance. She faced technical issues and her blog wasn’t showing all her posts. She writes monthly, which helps her SEO, as new clients find her through web searches.
We tackled her Squarespace blog, making it easier to use and ensuring all posts were visible. Anita also wanted to revamp her email newsletter design. I refined her layout and set up a template for future use.
An Improved Blog Layout
We added a search function and categories to the blog. Now, visitors can search by topic or keyword, or just browse recent posts. This makes the blog more user-friendly and accessible.
A Refined Email Newsletter
Anita wanted her newsletter to feel brighter and peaceful. I added more space, reorganized content, and highlighted key elements. I also designed a clear “on the blog” section and a call-to-action banner for booking appointments. The tagline moved to the footer for a cleaner look.
Anita had many ideas, so we created two newsletter templates for variety.
Is Your Marketing or Website Outdated?
Sometimes you need a complete branding or website overhaul. But often, regular updates are necessary as your business evolves.
As a health and wellness provider, you’re always learning and adding new services. Your clients’ needs change, and so should your website. It needs to stay current to attract both search engines and new clients.
For example, one client recently shared how she has personally changed her approach to intermittent fasting. She has an older blog post on that topic – it’s time for an update!
If you think a one-day website or design refresh could help you, don’t hesitate to reach out.
