I bring over 20 years of graphic design experience when working with my holistic health and wellness clients. My entry into healthy living came through cooking and eating organic, minimally processed foods.
After one of my kids developed food allergies and chronic ear infections, incorporating natural health practices changed everything for our family and lifestyle. When I saw how transformative homeopathic and chiropractic care could be, my views on healthcare completely shifted.
Since then, I’ve been working to improve the health of my family using homeopathy, chiropractic care, functional medicine, nutrition, and herbal supplements in addition to living an active lifestyle.
